When looking to purchase a pair of hearing aids sadly people are faced with two extremes. Highly priced hearing aids which costs thousands, or low quality hearing amplifiers which don’t provide clear hearing.

The purpose of a hearing test is to determine how much hearing loss you are facing.
The audiologist then adjusts the volume of the hearing aid and frequency according to the level of loss. However, this service is expensive with the audiologist taking 80% of your money you pay,  which is why you need 2,000 pounds to buy a hearing aid locally in stores even at cost effective places.
The price of the service completely exceeds the value of the hearing aid itself, which is unjust, unfair and unaffordable by most.
NG Hearing Aids have easy to use buttons on them to adjust the volume, allowing customers to increase or decrease the volume as they see fit. Even if it takes some time to adjust yourself the first time around, you don't need more tuning after setting. Any of our hearing aids does not include Bluetooth and the function of linking to any APP because the function of Bluetooth and connecting to a mobile phone is to adjust the volume, but Essential Sounds hearing aids already have their own volume adjustment buttons, you only need to press the Adjust it for one use. Exceptionally, the addition of Bluetooth will cause the hearing aid to be bulky and have to sacrifice battery capacity, which will have a devastating impact on battery life, so our hearing aids do not have any Bluetooth and link app functions.
Our hearing aids don’t include Bluetooth functions or any linking to Mobile Apps for volume control.
This is because it is extremely easy to adjust volume manually with our simple to use buttons.
Although Bluetooth would be a nice extra feature, sadly this would make the hearing aid much more bulky, meaning that they would no longer be hidden from sight or be as comfortable to wear for things like exercise or long walks. Furthermore, this would too much to a devastatingly lower battery capacity, with the Bluetooth feature draining the battery at such high speeds that you would need frequent recharges throughout the day. It is for these reasons our hearing aids do not have any Bluetooth or app linking functions.

If the ear cap is too big it can easily fall out or move around in the ear, if too small the ear cap leads to adsorption instability compromising both sound quality and comfort. The solution is therefore having an ear cap that has optimum fitting.

The second is because of wearing your hearing aid in the wrong direction, which is surprisingly very easy to do when first getting accustomed to a new pair of hearing aids.
Our Hearing Aids  are ergonomically designed. The correct way to wear these would be to have the “switch on/off button” pointing towards the back of your head and the small safety removal wire facing towards the front of  your face. After doing this, you will notice that the hearing aid is firmly attached to the ear canal.

Absolutely! Whilst our hearing aids do not completely remove tinnitus, they reduce this significantly. This is done via our noise cancelling technology which looks to neutralize the sound of tinnitus with sounds on a more natural wave length, meaning that his will be considerably more tolerable when wearing our hearing aids. 

Absolutely! Buying hearing aids online is a safe and common practice that people are turning towards to save the 80% charge at audiologists. for a £3000 pair for example this means a service charge of £2400 which in our opinion is far too expensive.
That being said, there are a few red flags we would suggest you look out for.
First of all please check and ensure that there are multiple payment methods including PayPal offered, this is because many shady online businesses offer only one channel of payment, meaning regardless of the outcome they won't return or refund you.
Following this, please look to see their shipping time. Most companies based overseas in China and over locations who simply sell from large factory outlets unlike producing them in-house like our R&D team in Devon tend to offer shipping times of over 7 working days (one and a half weeks) due to international delivery.
Whilst you could still be happy with your purchase there is no quality guarantee and returns would be extremely troublesome and costly in some scenarios.
